"The item arrived on time, but box was damaged on the exterior, and the cowling had been bent. There was no padding in the box to protect the item. My husband had to carefully beat it out to straighten the bent section. We were able to attach it to the kiln flu ok. It has a good solid construction and will last me out for my firings. Service was fast and appreciated but do take more care in packaging your items."
