We regret to inform our valued customers that the Geelong Showroom will be closing its doors permanently on Thursday, 28 March. We understand this may be disappointing and are committed to assisting you through this transition.

Important Information for Our Customers:

• Showroom Availability: The showroom will no longer be open for shopping or browsing.
• Order Pick-Up Changes:
  • For customers with existing orders designated for pick-up at the Geelong Showroom, your collection location will be updated to the Schots Geelong Distribution Centre (DC), located at 36 Corio Quay Road, directly behind the showroom. You will receive an email notification with further details.
  • If you have any questions regarding your pick-up before the closing date, please contact the Geelong Showroom at 03 8538 6898.
  • For inquiries after the showroom has closed, please reach out to our Customer Service team at 03 9026 2000 or via email at [email protected].
    Online Shopping and Pick-Up: Online shopping will continue as usual, with the option to select Geelong pick-up at the Schots Geelong DC. Please note that the Geelong DC is closed on weekends. We encourage you to verify the operating hours on our website before arranging for the collection of any goods.
