- What happens if i have products not included in my cart?
If you have an order with products from a different brand or shipping method you may have to pay a delivery fee. Matching items that qualify for free delivery will not be included in the calculated shipping cost of your order and you'll only pay for the delivery cost of the items that do not qualify.
- Why is my order not showing Free delivery in the checkout?
You may have items from ineligible brands or ineligible shipping methods in your cart. Find out where to check the brand and available shipping methods in the above video tutorial. If you are sure your items all qualify but are not seeing free shipping or discounted shipping in the checkout please contact us on live chat during business hours or at [email protected].
- What is Post or Courier delivery order?
At Schots we sell items from the very big to the very small, some items are also fragile and require more care in delivery so your new item is not damaged. Some products can be sent with any of our delivery options, and some may be restricted to furniture removalists or even require a delivery quote.
You can see what delivery methods are available for a product by checking the 'Shipping & Returns' tab on the product page.
Post deliveries (Often using Australia Post but not always) are available for carts where all items are eligible for Post delivery method which will display 'Post' as an available shipping method on the product page under the 'Shipping & Returns' tab.
Courier deliveries are available for carts where all items are eligible for the Courier and/or Post delivery method and each item will display 'Courier' as an available shipping method on the product page under the 'Shipping & Returns' tab.
We always quote you the cheapest available shipping method that matches all products in the cart. For example, in circumstances where a courier delivery would be cheaper than the cost of a post delivery, we will display the Courier method in the checkout even if all products in the cart could be sent with the Post method.

If the brand is not listed you can determine the brand by looking at the SKU under the Details Tabs.
