Terms and Conditions: Offer valid from 16 December 2011 until 29 January 2012  or until sold out. 1. All Goods sold on a “first come, first served” basis. 2.All goods must be paid for in full on the day of purchase. 3. No Rainchecks unless otherwise specified. 4. Goods not available & placed on order must be paid in full. 5. Cash or Credit Card ONLY. 6. Customers must inspect goods prior to purchase. 7. All goods remain the property of Schots Home Emporium until they are fully paid for. 8. Be aware, some delays are unavoidable. 9. Goods must be collected within 7 days of notification that the goods are ready for collection, otherwise a storage fee of up to $100.00 per week may apply.You must give 48 hours notice prior to pickup. 10. Schots Home Emporium is not responsible for any loss, cost or damage incurred by your purchases - a) if you have not collected your goods within 7 days b) once the goods have left the building, or c) and additional cost imposed by couriers as a result of having to wait to be loaded. 11. Warranty doesn’t cover sheen or wear & tear. 12. Nothing in these terms and conditions will remove any statutory rights you may have under the Trade Practices Act 1974 or the Fair Trading Act 1999. 13.
